All returns require pre-authorization. Any item returned will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Any unauthorized return will be charged an additional 15%. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees - we will not accept COD. For credit on a return, the seat cushion must be in it's original packaging and in new condition.
